Roasted Duck

To prepare our signature roast duck, we place great emphasis on our duck supply. It has be freshly slaughtered, the right size and the right amount of fat. Having the right amount of fat in the duck is important because the rendered fat juices ensures the glistering of the skin and the texture of the meat. With our imported spices and marinate sealed in the duck, all the aroma and juices will be locked inside during roasting. The end result is a Roast Duck with juicy, tasty meat wrap in a glistening skin without added preservatives or MSG.

Why do we only do half portion? The reason is simple! Convenience is the name of the game here at DTM. We understand that small families can't finish a whole duck or do not have kitchen application big enough to accommodate a whole duck. People also face difficulty in chopping the ducks due to the harder bones and type of knife they have available at home.

So, to make things easier, we portion the duck in half and remove the hard backbone/spine for you guys! Now, u can just use your home knife or scissors to portion the duck more easily. Those who can't have enough? Just order more! 

Roasted Duck Ingredients: Fresh 2KG Duck [HALF], 5 Spice Powder, Salt, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Malt Sugar

* No Artificial Flavouring, No MSG

Dang Gui Sauce Ingredients: Dang Gui, Chicken Stock, Oyster Sauce, Hua Diao Wine, Brown Sugar, Goji Berry, Red Date, Garlic, Ginger

Quantity: 1 X Half Roasted Duck, 1 X Dang Gui Sauce

Shelf life: 3 months.

Oven/ Toaster Oven

  1. Remove roast duck from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roast duck in a preheated toaster, cook at 170°C for 35 mins.

Air Fryer

  1. Remove roast duck from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roast duck in the air fryer at 170°C for 30 minutes.

*If thawed, halved the timing
