DTM's Roast Chicken with Chestnut Stuffing
Tired of having bone-dry turkey year after year?
We surely were! That's why we decided chicken would be a better fit for a delicious Christmas roast as it's much more and tender and a lot juicier. We also realised that turkeys are usually much too big even for large families. With roast chicken, you can choose quality over quantity and still enjoy everything else in your Christmas spread without the food coma after!
Our roast chicken uses Lacto Chicken that's fed with Lactobacillus, enhancing their immune systems naturally and results in the meat containing less fat and cholesterol, all while packing more intense flavour.
It's definitely our chef’s recommended chicken variety.

Ingredients: Lacto Whole chicken, rosemary, garlic, chestnut, bread, butter, milk
Shelf life: 6 months.
