One of the crowd favourites, our Snow Pink Pork Mille Feuille is a one-of-a-kind product you will not want to miss! Layers of Hokkaido Pork meat coated with flour and bread crumbs. Easy to cook but totally scrumptious!

Ingredients: Hokkaido pork, egg, breadcrumbs, flour, vacuum salt, white pepper.

Weight: 200g per piece, contains 2 pieces

Condition: Frozen.

Shelf life: 6 Months.

1. Defrost it in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

2. Heat up pan with medium heat, add 3 tablespoon of oil

3. Lower down to low heat, seared each side of the pork for 2-3min

4. Removed from pan , let the pork rest for 5min before eating

*for additional flavor * Add in one spoonful of butter and add garlic thyme or rosemary
