Shelf life: 6 Months.

1. Defrost it in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

2. Heat up pan with medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil

3. Lower down to low heat, seared each side of the pork for 2mins

4. Removed from pan , let the pork rest for 5min before eating
