Conventional Oven

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in a preheated oven, cook at 200°C for 15 mins followed by 220°C for 10 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Toaster Oven

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in a preheated toaster, cook at 200°C for 15 mins followed by 220°C for 10 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Air Fryer

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in the air fryer at 200°C for 20-24 minutes.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Optional Instructions

* For the best results, wrap the roast pork in an aluminium foil (leaving skin unwrapped) and place onto tray.
