A rustic loaf with made wheat flour that has a sweet nutty flavour as well as that signature sourdough tang. Its crumb is more open and slightly more chewy.
Ingredients: White flour, water, whole wheat flour, natural starter, poolish, sea salt
Shelf life: 1 Month.
Thaw and put it in the Oven for 3-5mins at 180C
