Our Charcoal-Grilled Kurobuta Char Siew is the product of these efforts.
Each slab is lovingly prepared and basted with our special dark char siew glaze before being grilled over Japanese Binchotan charcoal for that perfect smoky flavour.
We use Kurobuta, the 'Wagyu' of pork, for its generous and well-distributed marbling gives every piece of char siew the perfect balance between melt-in-your-mouth fat and moist, tender meat.

Shelf life: 6 months
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Place the packet of char siew in the water.
- Remove after 7 mins and slice thinly.
- Thaw the char siew overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 180C, then remove the char siew from the vacuum bag and roast on a tray for 5 mins
