Our brioche loaf is a sourdough rendition of white pan bread, loosely based on Hokkaido milk bread. Hydrated only with milk, it has a softer crumb and some of sourdough's signature tanginess.
Ingredients: White flour, milk, butter, eggs, natural starter, poolish
Shelf life: 1 Month.
Thaw and put it in the Oven for 3-5mins at 180C
Thaw and put it in the Airfryer for 3-5mins at 180C
