Terms and Conditions

DIRECT TO MASSES (“DTM”) are committed to make your experience with us as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.direct-to-masses.com (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs as well as privacy policy.


GENERAL

Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at sales@directtomasses.sg with your order number.
All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Orders & Payments

You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders, including but not limited to the providing the full address, mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $8 will apply if order is returned. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these T&Cs (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order. If you fail to receive any confirmation within 12 hours, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team directly through email, sales@directtomasses.sg.

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

The price payable by you for the product shall be the price of the product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

We accept all major credit cards and PayNOW. Please do not refresh the page, or click the back button of your browser during the checkout process.


Delivery

The minimum amount of lead-time for placing an order online (completed order with payment in order) for island-wide delivery is one-calendar day, before 5PM. Pickup and delivery orders placed after 5PM will only qualify for fulfillment two calendar days onwards.

We recommend that customers send in their orders at least 2 working-days and 5 working-days (festive) in advance from the desired day of their order, in case the production threshold has been reached.

A standard island-wide delivery is extended to most locations within Singapore island. At the moment, we do not deliver to the following area(s): Jurong Island, Airline Road and Sentosa.

Delivery to office/industrial buildings. Customers are required to pick-up their items at the guardhouse/drop-off. Whilst every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like strict security controls/act-of-God or traffic/parking restrictions may cause inconvenience to our delivery. We reserve the right to request customers to meet our delivery representative for collection.

DTM is committed to schedule to prepare and work with third party delivery professionals to fulfill all orders.

Some of our products will be delivered by a third party delivery professional who should be committed to fulfill your confirmed order. Understandably, any inappropriate behavior or service failure displayed by the delivery personnel is not representative of DTM’s work ethics. DTM will assist our customers to address any of such issues with our respective delivery professional. We will be contactable by sales@directtomasses.sg (Weekdays 10AM-5PM).


Cancellation & Refund*

DTM is only responsible for executing orders based on the accuracy of details received, and for orders which were accepted and confirmed by both the customer and DTM.

Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made more than three working days to the fulfilment date. A 25% forfeiture on the paid original amount.

Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made within two - three working days to the fulfilment date. A 50% forfeiture on the paid original.

Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made within 24 hours prior to event date, a 100% forfeiture on the paid original amount is chargeable.

If cancellation is made after order is dispatched, customers will be required to pay the FULL amount of the order and there shall be no refund of any payment received.

In the event that any delivery is unable to be fulfilled at the specified address given by the customer due to any reason (e.g. unable to contact customer or the assigned receiver, no show, no entry to premise etc), the assigned delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of ten minutes at the location and try to contact the customer before he/she understandably have to leave in order to fulfill other deliveries on time. Extra cost will be incurred and paid in cash directly to the delivery driver for the extra trip back. In all the said situations, all delivery orders have to abide to food safety standards and be disposed with understandably, no compensation or refund to the customer.


Food Safety

Customers are encouraged to practice common sense and discretion when it comes to storing it (e.g. freezer etc) and reheating (e.g. using a microwave etc).

Customers are advised to remove plastic components before attempting to put their food through heating.


Prohibited Activities

You agree and undertake not to:

Use the Site for illegal purposes or other than in conformance with the acceptable use policies of any connected computer networks, any applicable Internet standards and any other applicable laws;
Impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt other computer systems or networks connected to the Site, interfere with another’s utilization and enjoyment of the Site, or use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Site's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another customer’s computer or mobile device or the Site; and
Post, promote or transmit through the Site any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro; infringes any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights; is defamatory, libelous or threatening; is obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful or otherwise illegal under any applicable law; and/or is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our sole opinion.
Links To Third Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated with or owned, operated, or controlled by DTM, including third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that DTM is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve DTM from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.

We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party websites before using them and disclosing your personal data to them.


Warranties And Liability

The information contained in this website is, to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction, provided to you “as is”, for your information only, without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement. You access and use this website solely at your own risk.

DTM makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, decency, copyright compliance and legality of the information on the website and assumes no responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in its contents. DTM makes no representation that this website will be available at any particular time, that any defects or errors will be corrected, or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components. This information may be changed, updated and deleted without notice and DTM may make improvements and/or changes in the products and services offered at any time.

DTM also makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about any other website which you may choose to access through this website. Links provided by DTM to such websites are provided solely for your convenience and should not be deemed to imply that DTM endorses those websites or any content therein. You should be aware that when you are on our website, you may be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. You may be exposed to information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. DTM will not be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of the materials contained in such third party sites which are linked to our website.

Under no circumstances will DTM be liable to any party for any direct, in direct, punitive, special or consequential damages, losses, costs or expenses as a result of the access and/or use of this website or any hyperlinked website even if DTM has been expressly informed about the possibility of such damages, losses, costs or expenses.


Indemnities

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

Your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site;
Breaches of your obligations under these T&Cs;
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity; and/or

Age of Consent

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.


Intellectual Property Rights

DTM is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without Love, Bonito's prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.

Personal Data

We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the product to you, process your payment for the product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Updates

We may change any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period. Any changes will not affect any Orders that you have placed, and that we have accepted, prior to the date of the change. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to the T&Cs as posted.
