Collection and Usage of Information
There are several areas within the Application where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information including, by way of example and without limitation, your name, address, phone number, birthday, Facebook username, and information regarding your cell phone and/or other mobile device. In addition, when you use the Application DTM automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your mobile platform, including your IP address and location. DTM also collects and uses additional information from users such as transaction location and purchase activity. DTM may also collect information posted by users on social media sites for users that have opted to connect to or otherwise link DTM to Facebook, and other social media accounts. We treat this data as non-personal information for purposes of providing the Services, except where we are required to treat it as personal information under applicable law. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except (i) as authorized by you, (ii) as set forth in the relevant portion of the Application or within any agreement between us, (iii) in connection with providing various products or Services to you (either directly or through one or more third parties), (iv) as may be required by law or court order, or (vi) as otherwise set forth herein. In particular, and not in limitation of the foregoing, information you enter at the Application will be shared with the merchants or third party service providers with which DTM has entered into a business relationship in order to provide the Services.
Information we receive from you. To use access and use the DTM Application, you'll need to provide certain personal information which may include, without limitation, your name, address, birthday, phone number, Facebook and/or Twitter user names, e-mail address, information regarding your cell phone or mobile device and other information. DTM uses your personal information to complete transactions of collecting loyalty points, redeeming and transferring of rewards. In addition, it enables the Application to respond to your queries and requests, fulfil customer services, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyse Application usage, improve our content and product offerings and notify you (by way of email or otherwise) of events, promotions, updates or special offers that may interest you. Without your personal information, users would not be able to access the Application fully and the main transaction activities on the Application.
Other Information we get from your use of the Application. We may collect information about the Services that you use and how you use them. This information includes:
Device information: We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number).
Location information: When you use the Application, we may collect and process information about your actual location. We may also use various technologies to determine location, some of which may be made available through third party licensors.
Information from surveys. You may have the option of completing an online survey within the Application from time to time. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us in connection with any such survey.
Information from the "Contact Us" or section of the Website or Application. You may contact DTM through the "Contact Us" form feature. Participation in this area is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us.
Information collected other sections of the Website or Application. DTM may, from time to time, make various resources available to you at the Website or within the Application. At times, we may collect personal information in connection with providing such services.
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention of Information
As a matter of policy, DTM will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party. We use the information you provide to provide the applicable Services to you, either directly or when necessary, through third party service providers. DTM may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this data does not include any of your personal identifying information. Some of our Services may be offered in conjunction with partner companies, affiliates or other companies or websites with which we work. In order for us to provide these Services to you, it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with one of such entities. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these Services. We will not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected. Should DTM or any of the Group Companies merge with or be acquired by another business entity, some or all of your information will be shared in order to continue providing you with the Services available within the Application.
DTM reserves the right to disclose information in order to comply with a subpoena, court order, administrative or governmental order, or any other requirement of law, or when we, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary in order to protect our rights and property or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk reduction.
In addition, DTM may disclose account or other personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with DTM’s rights or property, other Website or Application users or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Your Use of Other's Information
You agree to respect to other users' personal information that you obtain through the Application or through any DTM -related communication or transaction.
In addition, under no circumstances will you disclose personal information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure. Please note that law enforcement personnel and other rights holders are given different rights with respect to information they access.
We and our users do not tolerate spam.
Control Your Password
Appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage. Only authorised personals have access to our systems, and all employees in our organisation are aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality of the personal data collected from users.
Protection of Minors
Users under the age of 14 years are not eligible to use our services or purchase any products online.
DTM does not solicit any personal information from children, and we request that children do not submit any personal information to us online. If you are under the age of 14 years, you may only use the Application only if you have obtained consent from your parents/legal guardian or if you are under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
