Our Premium Har Gow makes a great addition to any dim sum feast!
Our Har Gow skin is made using a special mix of flour to give it a glistening, translucent skin that doesn’t break easily while remaining supple and tender.
Encased within are delicious and perfectly seasoned morsels of shrimp and bamboo shoot that burst with flavour with every bite.
Ingredients: Shrimp, Bamboo Shoot, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Salt, White Pepper, Corn Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour and Water, Vegetable Oil.
Weight: 25g per piece, 10 pieces per pack.
Shelf life: 6 months.
