BOAF all time favourite Pork Ragoût that served with Capellini Pasta and with this collaboration with DTM, we married BOAF Signature Ragoût with DTM Signature Noodle and turns out like Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle. Delish!
Choice of Noodles:
La Mian/ Spinach Noodles/ Purple Sweet Potato Noodles/ Quinoa Noodles

4 PKT Sichuan Zha Jiang Mian Sauce
Weight: (80g +/- per pack) X 4.
Shelf life: 3 months in freezer.
Ingredients: Minced Pork, Minced Pork Fat, Dark Soy Sauce, Tian Mian Sauce, Hosin Sauce, 5 Spice, Ginger, Sichuan Pepper, Ajinomoto, Sesame Oil, Preserved Mustard Green, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Aromatic Ginger / Kencur, Red Oil, Sesame Paste, White Sesame, Chili Powder, Chicken Bouillon, Sichuan Pepper Oil.
1. Thaw the sauce pack overnight in fridge or boil a pot water, off the fire and place inside for 3mins to defrost.
2. Pour the contents from the bag into a pot, use Microwave to heat up for 1 min or heat up over the stove
3. Toss with DTM noodle and is ready to consume.
