Heating up our Beef Cheek takes you less than 20 minutes, just throw it into a pot of boiling water and you're done! No thawing required.

Shelf life: 6 months.
- Boil adequate water in a pot
- Once the water is boiling, turn the heat to low and put frozen beef cheek packet into boiling water for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes turn the heat off and remove the beef cheek from the packaging. Serve immediately.
